Plan cards show monthly text AI and document/build request allowances. They reset on the first day of each calendar month in UTC, even for longer prepaid plans. Resume extraction and supported AI document actions share the document/build allowance. Admitted requests count even if the AI provider fails.
Review AI-generated facts before publishing. Premium TTS, voice cloning, image generation and SMS are separate. Anonymous resume import remains a rate-limited onboarding feature.

The displayed total includes the currently configured tax. The full selected term is paid upfront through Razorpay. The monthly equivalent is for comparison only. These are prepaid plans with manual renewal; there is no automatic debit.
Renewing the same plan extends from its last paid/scheduled end date. Active-plan changes require support; there is no automatic prorated upgrade. Existing purchases retain their saved price and feature snapshot.
Domain registration and renewal, premium voice, messaging and gateway processing are separate. Connecting a domain uses the existing domain setup tools. A payment history entry is not a GST tax invoice.

You confirm payment separately. Access is granted only after the server verifies a captured live payment; test payments do not activate live access.
No. Edit and save your draft, review your website, then Publish from your dashboard. Pricing does not change your account type or overwrite your content.
A closed popup does not prove payment failure. Use Check payment status in Plans & billing before paying again. Contact support if you were debited but payment remains unconfirmed. Refund requests are reviewed through support; no automatic refund is promised.
When paid-plan enforcement is enabled, publishing and the covered paid AI features require a current live plan. Existing published pages remain online; editing and payment history stay accessible. Renew the same plan or contact support to change plans.
